The best way to treat an ailment is to prevent it from ever happening! Although it may not seem necessary to bring in your animal for annual physical exams, these exams are the first place where we can start preventative care. At a physical, we can accurately track and monitor the animal’s well-being. When you annually bring in your animal, you’re helping your vet get a better idea of your animal’s future health. Here are some examples of preventative care you can do at home:

Unfortunately, preventative care is not 100% fool-proof. In the cases where something does happen, treatment is the next step. Luckily, there are plenty of options to choose from! At SVC, we offer plans outside of the typical prescription medications, along with the traditional options. We have plenty of alternative medicines, so we can find the best solution for you and the problems your animal has. With the modern equipment we use, we could offer you solutions for anything from a broken duclaw to a malnourished mare, and everything in between.
Can’t bring your herd to us? No problem! We offer only the best care for you and your situation, so if you need us to make a farm call, we would love to. Our clinic is dedicated to the health and well-being of any animal, no matter the size. Your animal is our priority, and we reflect it in the care we offer.
We offer many other great services outside the ones mentioned previously! Whether you have an exotic or you need to get your animal immediate care, we will always follow-through and ensure that the situation comes to the best possible solution. SVC has a great facility and team, so if you are curious if we provide certain services, reach out and let us know!
Our mission is to provide excellent care and serve as a resource to you to promote life-long wellness and productivity of the animals in your care
Our after-hours emergency services are extremely limited due to our small staff. Give us a call, but please seek care from a 24-hour facility if we’re unavailable.
